At Sheek, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to help you with a return—just make sure the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original, unused condition.

Tags are still attached.

The item is unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage.

It’s folded neatly.

The original packing slip or order receipt is included with your return.
You have 7 days from the delivery date (based on tracking) to return your items for a refund.
Return Fees:

If Checkout+ was selected at time of checkout, your return shipping will be covered.

Otherwise, a $9.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your return.

An additional 5% restocking fee applies for returns on orders over $400.
Once the 7-day window has passed, we can no longer accept returns—so make sure to get those items back to us in time!
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Final Sale Items:

All sale items, discounted products, or "Final Sale" items, as well as accessories (belts, necklaces, hats), are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any items returned under these categories will not be credited or shipped back.
How to Return:

We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out will have a $9.95 shipping charge deducted from their return.
Store Pickup Orders
If you purchased items for store pickup, you can return them within 7 days of receiving the pickup confirmation email for store credit only. Please note that sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.
International Shipping
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Processing & Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days to process it. Refunds, minus any applicable restocking fees, will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
